如今,深度学习已被广泛应用于图像分类和图像识别的问题中,取得了令人满意的实际效果,成为许多人工智能应用的关键所在.在对于模型准确率的不断探究中,研究人员在近期提出了“对抗样本”这一概念.通过在原有样本中添加微小扰动的方法,成功地大幅度降低原有分类深度模型的准确率,实现了对于深度学习的对抗目的,同时也给深度学习的攻方提供了新的思路,对如何开展防御提出了新的要求.在介绍对抗样本生成技术的起源和原理的基础上,对近年来有关对抗样本的研究和文献进行了总结,按照各自的算法原理将经典的生成算法分成两大类——全像素添加扰动和部分像素添加扰动.之后,以目标定向和目标非定向、黑盒测试和白盒测试、肉眼可见和肉眼不可见的二级分类标准进行二次分类.同时,使用MNIST数据集对各类代表性的方法进行了实验验证,以探究各种方法的优缺点.最后总结了生成对抗样本所面临的挑战及其可以发展的方向,并就该技术的发展前景进行了探讨. 相似文献

In the curriculum of future civil engineers, electrochemical concepts are often neglected, even though this knowledge is essential to adequately maintain reinforced concrete structures in a chloride-exposed environment. Experiments are necessary to consolidate key theoretical concepts, but laboratory experience often involves complex and expensive electronic equipment that may obscure the basic procedures at work. This paper presents a simple minimalistic electrochemical test for polarization resistance measurements by which students can learn basic concepts of corrosion electrochemistry and estimate the corrosion rate as a key parameter for estimation of the remaining service life of concrete structures. Double‐network hydrogels were conveniently synthesized by the one‐shot radical polymerization of an ionic monomer for the first network and a non‐ionic monomer for the second network in the presence of crosslinkers by simultaneous addition of the monomers, that is, one‐shot and spontaneous two‐step polymerization accompanying the delay of polymerization of a second network monomer. We analyzed the polymerization process based on the conversion of each monomer during the reaction in the absence of crosslinkers. Then we fabricated the double‐network hydrogels using several polymerization systems consisting of a conjugated monomer and a non‐conjugated monomer in the presence of the dual crosslinkers. ABSTRACT In recent years, the exploration of a practical strategy for novel energetic molecules with high energy and low sensitivity is very desirable but highly challenging. Novel ionic energetic molecules have attracted much attention in this area due to their prominent advantages including low sensitivities, high thermal stability, and excellent energy performances. Herein, five different ionic energetic molecules based on new monovalent and divalent 4-oxyl-3,5-dinitropyrazolate moieties with enhanced oxygen balance have been synthesized, characterized and evaluated as potential high-energy materials. Thermal stability, sensitivities and energy output test were measured and studied in detail. The heats of formation and energetic parameters were calculated by using Gaussian 09 suite of programs and EXPLO 5 code. The results suggest that all as-prepared new molecules exhibit good thermal stability with high decomposition temperature (3, 231°C; 5, 160°C; 6, 185°C; 7, 180°C; 8, 213°C), and relative low sensitivity (IS > 20 J, FS = 324 N). Inheriting the significant oxygen content of monovalent and divalent 4-oxyl-3,5-dinitropyrazolate moieties, they also possess good energy properties (v D = 8238 ~ 9208 m s?1, P = 26.8 ~ 36.7 GPa, V o = 481.8 ~ 959.4 L kg?1), which make them competitive high-energy materials. 相似文献

The construction and examination of meso-structural finite element models of a Chemical-Vapor-Infiltrated (CVI) C/SiC composite is carried out based on X-ray microtomography digital images (IB-FEM). The accurate meso-structural features of the C/SiC composites, which are consisted of carbon fiber tows and CVI-SiC matrix, in particular the cavity defects, are reconstructed. With the IB-FEM, the damage evolution and fracture behaviors of the C/SiC composite are investigated. At the same time, an in situ tensile test is applied to the C/SiC composite under a CT real-time quantitative imaging system, aiming to investigate the damage and failure features of the material as well as to verify the IB-FEM. The IB-FEM results indicate that material damage initially occur at the defects, followed by propagating toward the fiber-tow/SiC-matrix interfaces, ultimately, combined into macro-cracks, which is in good agreement with the in situ CT experiment results. 相似文献

This paper studies the influence of different factors on pedestrian head injury in vehicle-pedestrian collisions. PC-Crash software is used to construct
simulation experiments under ten factors. The research shows that the injury to pedestrians in reverse impact is greater than that to pedestrians in forward
impact. With the acceleration of vehicle speed, the HIC value of pedestrians will increase with the increase of the height of the front hood from the ground.

A non-pillar coal-mining technology with an automatically formed entry is proposed, which reduces the waste of coal resources and the underground entry drivage workload. Three key techniques in this technology cooperate to achieve automatic formation and retaining of the gob-side entry, and to realize non-pillar mining. Constant-resistance large deformation (CRLD) support ensures the stability of the entry roof; directional presplitting blasting (DPB) separates the entry roof and the gob roof; and a blocking-gangue support system (BGSS) integrates the caved rock material as an effective entry rib. An industrial test was conducted to verify the engineering effects of these key techniques. The field application results showed that the retained entry was under the pressure-relief zone due to the broken-expansion nature of the caved rock mass within the DPB height. After going through a provisional dynamic pressure-bearing zone, the retained entry entered the stability zone. The final stable entry meets the requirements of safety and production. The research results demonstrate the good engineering applicability of this technology. By taking the framework of the technology design principles into consideration and adjusting the measures according to different site conditions, it is expected that the proposed non-pillar coal-mining technology can be popularized on a large scale. 相似文献
